By using the Ringme app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Ringme.ai cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2.3. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. QR Purchases and Usage

3.1. Users can purchase QR codes through the App for personal use.

3.2. QR codes received from the company can be placed on personal items such as cars, houses, or wallets.

3.3. Scanning a QR code allows a stranger to initiate a web call through the Ringme app to contact the owner of the QR code.

3.4. The owner of the QR code will receive the call through the Ringme app.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content and materials available on Ringme.ai, including but not limited to the App, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Ringme.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based upon any part of the App without explicit written permission from Ringme.ai.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2. Ringme.ai makes no warranty that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You acknowledge that information provided through the App may contain inaccuracies or errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ringme.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

Ringme.ai reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any new or amended terms.
